
The study, published in the Journal of the American College has revealed that there is a link between BMI and vitamins we eat.
According to the study: The amount of vitamin A in the body can certainly affect weight gain.
The researchers analyzed the responses of more than 18,000 Americans collected in seven years and came to the conclusions that people who weigh more, have 5 to 12 percent lower intake of vitamin A.
The study authors point out that insufficient nutrients can affect weight gain.
